Our logo has three elements:
The most recognizable element of our logo is a bighorn sheep's horn.
As students of Tecnologico de Monterrey, we are part of a community that is identified with our mascot: wild, bighorn sheep.Ê
We use a sheep's horn to represent the team as a symbol of effort, strength and nobility; values instilled by our educational training. We want to represent something more than our Institute, though. This is why we show our pride and identity by adopting a Mexican Hispanic conch shell in our logo: for the ancient Aztecs, it represented knowledge, wisdom and the sound of the Universe. Also, the conch shell's cross section that we use symbolizes our commitment to disseminate the learning gained from our community, due to its local traditional association to wisdom.
For our final part we looked for a way to represent the essence of our project, and chose a gear to do so. We believe that the use of technology is the way to improve our way of life, and the correct way to further cooperate with people in our communities and around the globe. The metal gear that we employ symbolizes this idea, because of the way that a group of gears needs to move together, synchronized, smoothly, to achieve things: we, as a team, must move the same way. The three previously explained concepts are combined into a single symbol, which represents our team and our ideals, our members, our mission and our vision.

The name of our Team is Tam‡n Keet which is Mayan for "Borrego Unido", which translates into "United Sheep". The Sheep (Tam‡n) is because our school, Tecnológico de Monterrey, has a mountain sheep as a mascot, and the United (Keet) is because we are a team, and unity is a central part of how we are meant to function.
We use the number "3933" in our logo and name, because it is the number we received when we register in FIRST¨, particularly in the FIRST¨ Robotics Competition (FRC¨).
